π Arrival & Boarding
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
Wait in the grassy area near the gate at Riverfront Green Park. The crew will check you in.
Boarding begins 5 minutes before departure.
Please do not block the sidewalk β it creates a hazard for walkers and bikers on the path.
π§βπ€βπ§ Tickets & Trip Types
Public trips are sold by the ticket. Every passenger β including children and infants β must have a ticket to board.
No need to print your ticket β if you purchased online, your name will be on our list at check-in.
All tickets are non-refundable, but you may reschedule if you contact us at least 48 hours before your cruise.
We canβt offer same-day reschedules due to limited capacity.If an emergency arises, please contact us directly.
βοΈ Weather Policy
We sail in light rain and moderate weather.
Cruises may be canceled in cases of severe or unsafe weather (Captainβs discretion).
If we cancel due to weather, youβll receive a gift card for a future cruise.
If the cruise runs and you choose not to attend, your spot is forfeited.
βΏ Accessibility
Our boat has limited wheelchair access.
Please contact us in advance if you require assistance β we may not be able to accommodate wheelchairs without prior arrangements.Motorized wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
The onboard restroom is not wheelchair accessible.
π» Restroom Info
A small restroom is located aboard the boat, but it requires climbing down a steep ladder.
Crew assistance is required each time.Guests with limited mobility may want to choose a shorter cruise.
A portable restroom is available onshore near our ticket office, and full public restrooms are located near the playground/gazebo.
π· Food & Drink
Outside food is welcome, but please clean up after yourself.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
We serve beer, wine, and seasonal drinks onboard (21+ with valid ID).
Snacks and beverages are available for purchase (cash & credit accepted).
π What to Wear
Dress for the weather β our boat is open-deck and canopy-covered, with no interior cabin.
Bring hats, sunscreen, and layers depending on the season.
Shoes or sandals are required.
πΈ What to Bring
Picnic lunches, cameras, binoculars, and sunglasses are all encouraged!
No coolers or outside alcohol allowed.

Free parking available in the lot near the playground (short walk from the dock).
Metered spots are free on weekends but require payment on weekdays (pay kiosk near train station).
Limited free spots near the roundabout by the Peekskill Yacht Club.
π€ Commentary
11AM History Cruises feature in-depth narration.
River Cruises and Sightseeing Cruises include light commentary.
Sunset and One-Hour Cruises are narration-free, but crew is happy to point out landmarks or answer questions.
Please keep voices low during narrated portions so others can hear.
π¨ Trip Minimums
Public trips may be canceled if minimum ticket sales are not met.
This rarely happens β almost never on weekends.
