Large Group Charters
Up to 150 guests aboard Commander
Our larger vessel is ideal for big celebrations, corporate events, and large group outings. The spacious layout is well suited for weddings, company parties, and events where room to move, mingle, and gather comfortably matters.
Medium Group Charters
Up to 39 guests aboard Evening Star
For smaller gatherings, Evening Star offers a more intimate setting for scenic cruises, private celebrations, and casual events on the river.
Food & Drinks
We’re happy to connect you with local catering partners and can provide details on our seasonally curated drink menu.

Pricing
Evening Star Charter Rates
Up to 39 guests
Weekday Daytime
Monday – Wednesday
$750 for the first hour
$600 for each additional hour
2-hour minimum
Evenings & Weekends
$850 for the first hour
$700 for each additional hour
Seasonal Surcharge
+$150 during Fall Foliage season or for sunset cruises on Fridays through Sundays
Trips departing before 10:00 AM are priced at Evening & Weekend rates.
Additional Details
No outside alcohol permitted
10% gratuity added to all charters
Outside catering is welcome with a $75 flat fee

Commander Charter Options
Up to 150 guests
Commander is our largest vessel and is designed for big celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and large group outings on the Hudson River. With significantly more space onboard, she’s well suited for events that call for room to mingle, dance, or comfortably host a full guest list.

Terms
Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
50% of the total charter fee is due 30 days prior to your cruise
Full payment is due 14 days prior to your cruise
Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your charter, please notify us as soon as possible.
More than 30 days before your cruise: Deposit is forfeited; no further payment required
Between 30 and 14 days before your cruise: 50% of the total charter fee is non-refundable
Within 14 days of your cruise: Full charter fee is non-refundable
Weather & Safety
Charters operate rain or shine. Light rain, overcast conditions, wind, or temperature changes do not affect scheduled trips.
If weather or river conditions prevent safe cruising, the Captain may adjust the plan for safety. For Commander private charters, this may include remaining dockside when appropriate. Dockside events are considered fulfillment of the charter.
Only in cases of severe or unsafe conditions that prevent both cruising and dockside operation will alternate arrangements be discussed.
The Captain has final authority in determining safe operating conditions.
By booking a charter, guests acknowledge and agree to these operating conditions.
